As Is series

A series of “conceptual lit objects” functioning as chapbooks and dysfunctioning as ubiquitous outmoded media—CDs and CDROMs, missing their discs, as is, just a buck-ninety-nine.

The invitation—the dictum—to just “make do” and make sense with what substance remains is a core part of this project, correlating to the content of each of these objects: a different space or context of contemporary nature, itself in a deeply compromised as-is condition, requiring engagement and embrace regardless of how broken and used.
